By utilizing these car wash facilities, the customer agrees to the following terms. Spot Wash is not responsible for damages to vehicles caused by pre-existing conditions, loose/rusting parts, aftermarket accessories, bug deflectors, luggage racks, or soft-top convertibles. Customers are required to ensure all windows are rolled up, antennas are lowered, and mirrors are folded in. Furthermore, the customer assumes all responsibility for damages resulting from failure to follow posted instructions, including but not limited to putting the vehicle in neutral, not applying the brakes, and remaining stationary. Any claims for damage must be reported in writing to management prior to the vehicle leaving the premises.
